ABBIE PRICE
Born and raised in Western Australia, Abbie Price relocated and joined the team at Southsea Tattoo in September 2023. Originally from a fine arts background Abbie began apprenticing as a tattoo artist in the southern suburbs of Perth at 17, becoming fully qualified by 19.
Nine years later she continues tattooing full time, pushing her art into different directions to try new pathways and develop as both a tattooist and fine artist. Abbie currently is focusing on heavy colour work, neo traditional in style custom for each client. Primarily she loves tattooing anything nerdy, pop culture, animals and portraits.
She also has a passion for the challenge of coverups; the act of helping a client move on from a permanent, sometimes painful reminder and producing a piece the client can look at with confidence and joy. Since relocating to the UK Abbie has been attending Tattoo Conventions all over the country, picking up a couple of awards along the way.
